Return Policy

Once the purchase is delivered as reported on tracking information, you will have 14 days to return it. The return shipping will be paid by purchaser. If the product is damaged in shipping, please email us at grizzlycnc@gmail.com and kindly include pictures along with your order number. We encourage all returns to be communicated to us prior to buyer purchasing any shipping labels. Please do not send back a damaged product before it is advised by us. We take pride in our products and our packing methods. We do not want any purchaser to spend extra on unnecessary shipping expenses. Your refund will include the original purchase price and shipping. It does not include return shipping costs.
